Dr. Podolin has been providing services to couples since 1988. After meeting with the couple to discuss their specific problems and goals, Dr. Podolin often recommends specific behavioral changes for the couple to implement after the initial consultation. Dr. Podolin has been trained using cognitive behavioral and solution focused techniques to focus on rapid change and to focus of areas of strength and connection within the relationship. Areas of common relationship focus include: improving communication, improving conflict resolution skills, breaking repetitive patterns of negative behavior, and rebuilding after an affair.
