Dr. Podolin works with his clients on current problems using cognitive behavioral techniques and a solution-oriented approach. Collaborating with clients to develop new tools to handle life problems and accessing existing client strengths, Dr. Podolin has found that behavior change can be rapid. Dr. Podolin often uses biofeedback training to develop mind-body skills and stress reduction.
